Guest Journey

We have endeavoured to keep our luxurious surroundings with a warm homely feel, but with some changes to our Guest Journey to keep you as safe as possible.

  • Only pre-booked appointments (via telephone, email or online booking), we have extended our opening hours, please see
  • Guests in the salon with appointments only please, therefore, children appointments have to be without parents
  • We are sorry, but no dogs at the moment
  • Try to bring minimal belongings with you
  • Please arrive on time, we may ask you to briefly wait outside as there are no waiting areas inside the salon
  • We will greet you warmly, but without a hug or handshake
  • Your temperature will be taken on arrival via a contactless thermometer
  • We will ask you to sanitise your hands, supply you with disposable gloves and masks (please bring your own mask if you wish) and dress you in a gown, all of which will need to be worn throughout your time in the salon
  • We are unable to offer our normal drinks and magazines, although, you will be offered bottled water which is disposed of when you leave
  • You will be escorted to your chair; we have rearranged our salons to adhere to social distance guidelines, and staff will be wearing face visors at all times when in close proximity to our guests
  • Hygiene posters are displayed in the front of house and bathrooms areas, with floor guideline tapes around the salons
  • Please check that the stairs are clear before you ascend or descend
  • Protective screens are installed at reception and backwash areas
  • All workstations and salon tools will be sanitised between each guest
  • All towels & gowns will be laundered at 60 degrees after each use
  • On departure, we will ask you to dispose of all PPE we have provided you into a pedal bin at the exit of the salon
  • We will accept cards and contactless payments only. If you wish to tip your Stylist / Technician by cash, a non-contact method will be available
  • Please do not attend your appointment if you or anyone in your household are suffering from Covid-19 symptoms. For safety reasons, the salon teams have the right to refuse service to any guest who appears to have a cold, flu-like symptoms or a high temperature

We are uncompromising when it comes to guest satisfaction, our service lasts beyond the salon chair.
